The open-source alpha version of the FAR Manager 1.80 file manager finally supports Unicode filenames when copying and moving files. You have no idea how many years I’ve been waiting for this.
UPDATE: on the other hand, a lot of things are broken in it. Don’t download it until they release a stable version.
